I have been working at Wolseley full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some very good people in the organisation. Many changes made to the organisation were needed and have been effectively executed.

    Cons

Decisions not always made for objective reasons by senior management. Demotivating managers in certain areas whose behaviour appears to go unaccounted for. Some parts of the business were retained for too long when they were not contributing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make decisions for objective reasons and be honest with employees.
