I worked at Woodard & Curran full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Woodard & Curran puts in a lot of time and effort into maintaining the culture of a small firm while still growing its national footprint.

    Cons

Woodard & Curran could invest more time into training its entry level workers. While steps have been taken over the past year to improve in this area, it will be important for new employees to take personal initiative and ask for the training they feel they need.

    Interview Details

It took around 6 weeks after I initially applied on the Woodard & Curran careers page to get an offer for a phone interview with a human resources representative. It was difficult to schedule the phone interview because the representative was usually out of the office and had only given me a phone number.
