    Pros

Hardworking culture, straight shooting management team, respected their workforce and tried to do the best they could by them.

    Cons

Print is a brutal business - three owners and a bankruptcy in four years.
Not sure how the culture will merge with the new owners, Standard Register. Not sure if the combined company is large enough to complete with RR Donnelly or InnerWorkings long term.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks - interviewed at WorkflowOne in June 2009.

    Interview Details

2 day process meeting groups of 3 people in 2 hour increments. Question range was very broad as current supervisors/managers were performing the group interviews. Some were more specific but focus seemed to be on personality in handling difficult employee situations. Experience with plant equipment was also a topic of some discussions.
