Taught by professional educators, the on-demand instruction for our clients takes several weeks-for which you are paid. This work isn't for everyone. It takes the ability to multi-task and interact with several different applications simultaneously.
Sales Skills: Agents will offer products where appropriate based on call flow and customer needs.
Excellent Customer Service: Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to provide premier service on multiple call types.
Critical Thinking: Agents must be comfortable with and able to work through multiple types of customer situations, be able to find solutions to customer concerns with a focus on quality and business retention.
Multi-tasking: Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Availability: Agents will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for most programs.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Working Solutions.Interview Details
very vage as to what you are being hired for until just before training. Once you get to training they are stil vage about everything and don't tell you until 2 wks into the training that you will only get paid for training if you sign contract that requires you to put in a certain amount of hours to be out of your contract and don't have to pay the training pay back. otherwise you get paid for training and don't commit to those hours you have to pay the training pay back.
