Taught by professional educators, the on-demand instruction for our clients takes several weeks-for which you are paid. This work isn't for everyone. It takes the ability to multi-task and interact with several different applications simultaneously.
Sales Skills: Agents will offer products where appropriate based on call flow and customer needs.
Excellent Customer Service: Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to provide premier service on multiple call types.
Critical Thinking: Agents must be comfortable with and able to work through multiple types of customer situations, be able to find solutions to customer concerns with a focus on quality and business retention.
Multi-tasking: Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
Availability: Agents will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for most programs.

I have been working at Working Solutions part-time (More than a year)
I have been an agent with Working Solutions for almost a year. My first project recently came to an end and I am starting a new one on Monday. I have nothing but praise for this company and the way they treat their agents. There are a lot of work-at-home companies, but they pale in comparison to WSOL. Training: They make sure you get top-notch training and their desire is for you to succeed! My personal experience was that if I ever needed help or additional training, it was always available and welcomed. Working Solutions wants their agents to not only fulfill client expectations, but blow them out of the water... that's the kind of company I WANT to be associated with. Anyone can be average, WSOL wants their agents to be exceptional. Compensation: It changes from project to project, but from what I have experienced, compensation is definitely fair. The project I was on paid well and also had plenty of opportunities to make even more with special incentives. That part made the project even more fun -having goals you were shooting for and feeling like meeting them was celebrated by co-workers and management alike. Again, this adds to the feeling of being valued. Work-life balance: I would have to say that this is where WSOL sets itself apart. This is the reason it was worth the wait after I applied to get in with this awesome company. I'm in charge of my schedule. If my child has an activity I would like to be there for, I can. If they have a day off of school and I want to spend it with them, I can. If I want to work 2 hours today but want to do 10 tomorrow, I can! That's the beauty of WSOL and the reason I sing their praises to anyone who will listen. Community: In a virtual world, it would be easy to feel lost in the shuffle and like a "number" or a statistic. That isn't at all what happens with WSOL. It is personal. I have made some friends for life in this company. Co-workers, resources, and management alike. Although you work at home, you are never left feeling alone. (notice how they respond to every single review on this site. It's because they CARE)
I really can think of none. Working Solutions has exceeded my expectations.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Working Solutions (Springfield, MO) in June 2015.
Very smooth. Step by step process with lots of great communication. It really couldn't have been easier to apply and interview. Each step was specific and clearly explained. All you had to do was read what they were asking and provide it.
