I loved everything about my job. Specifically my team was AWESOME! i loved coming into work and being at work for the entire day. I think i got lucky to have such a great team. I would give 5 start for my team but gave 4 because there isn't SOO much room for growth. Some people hated it in the International cust service. But you choose where you want to be right. You get free coffee all day everyday! lol parking is available. I heard it was better before ABC too over but i didnt witness that so can't say personally. However i loved my job and loved my team. Oh and they gave us super detailed training in the beginning of employment which was a great kick start!
Some of the systems are old but i mean you are trained so its okay. Some times people can be a bit dry but what ever do your job and go home.
