    Pros

    They feed you.
    laid back atmosphere.
    decent pay.
    flexible hours.
    bean bags.

    Cons

no training or leadership. There is no upper management in the US office.

    no transparency in decision making.

no mobility. Wrapp prides itself on start up culture, but there is a lot of weird bureaucracy when it comes to getting projects done, trying to learn new things or take on responsibilities. Not sure why since no one actually has a job description and no one is in charge.

lack of work: due to poor leadership Wrapp doesn't produce quickly enough to justify half of it's employees, but because all Swedes are unionized it's hard to downsize. In the last year it had one upgrade to product. One. That means it gets boring there and your job as a US citizen is constantly in jeopardy.

Wrapp rewards longevity more than actual production.

Swedish employees get a lot more benefits than Americans (3x more vacation, living expense stipends, visa sponsorships and trips home for free), and creates a huge culture divide within the office.

Lots of unnecessary 8am meetings that get cancelled at the last second, or last 10 minutes because no one made an agenda.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    create a real onboarding process.
when you spend thousands of dollars flying your CEOs and upper management around, they should have meetings with employees in the office they are visiting to make it feel more like a team, otherwise why are you spending the money?
At the end of brainstorming meetings you should get management to create a plan for actually implementing ideas.
    Write out job descriptions.
    Get an HR department.

Simple behavioral questions. Mostly want to make sure you have at least a high school education and have good common sense skills. Staff was very nice and the interview process was low stress.
