Work life balance is fantastic! Certain positions will keep you challenged in many ways and there is never a loss for something to do. Compensation and benefits are valued highly within the organization and as a whole are very well put together.

Opportunities for advancement do not exist in some departments. Part of a cube farm environment which can be distracting when folks huddle together ad-hoc and discuss lengthy topics that should be reserved for a more appropriate conference room meeting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review effectiveness of lower managers. Perhaps ask the workers what they think of their immediate supervisors and managers. Everyone needs to be lead but not everyone is meant to lead.
