I have been working at WorleyParsons (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work environment, people and line managers. Pay and benefits are competitive.

    Cons

Not enough work to stay employed permanently. Constant worry about being employed from one day to the next.

    Advice to Management

Win more work, bid more work, diversify the sectors of the business in the office. Cross train personnel to be able to utilize them at positions that require an injection of personnel. That would eliminate outside hiring and layoff.
