I have been working at Wrigley UK

    Pros

Benefits & Bonus are nice to have, especially in the current climate. The site is beautiful too.... you can't beat that view!

    Cons

Too many people 'feathering their own nests'.
Lack of direction or guidence from Senior Management.
Work life balance is terrible. You are 'expected' to forsake all else for Wrigley.
Not enough staff to make the product effectively.... been cut to the bone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your focus back and start listening more to your employees. As for Mars management, remember you bought Wrigley for a reason and that reason was we were good at making gum, so don't come in here telling us we are rubbish at what we've been doing and let us get on with what you bought us to do!
