    Pros

Free tailored uniforms and are cleaned by the company. Free meals while working. Flexible schedule and pay is not too bad.

    Cons

Employees treated just like a number no matter how hard you work. Pay raises are something you just don't see.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Wynn Resorts in June 2015.

    Interview

Group interview with 20+ other applicants. Taken into a seating area and asked to introduce ourselves, with a snapshot of our work history. Afterwards I was pulled into a room with 10 other applicants. We were told we were moving on to round two of the process: one-on-one interviews.

One-on-one was 15 mins long. Was asked 'why do you want to work for the Wynn?', 'tell me more about your work experience' and 'if you were hiring a room attendant, what qualities would you look for'. Directed to drug testing afterwards. Note: a freelance writer with no housekeeping experience made it.

The key: be yourself. Don't rehearse anything or go in nervous. Relax!

Wynn Resorts, the brainchild of gaming mogul and former Mirage Resorts chairman Steve Wynn, operates luxury casino resorts in Las Vegas and Macau, the only place in China where gambling is legal. The company's Wynn Las Vegas is a $2.4 billion resort and casino, built on the site of the former Desert Inn on the Strip. Wynn Resorts operates in China through Wynn Macau Limited. The company has expanded in both markets, adding the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas next to the Wynn Las Vegas, and the Encore at Wynn Macau adjacent to Wynn... More
