I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 3 years)
Love my job and my clients, work with a lot of great people.
We are in a constant battle for our clients. Feels like you're between a rock and a hard place. People playing favorites is a big part of promotions, that or kissing behind. Don't have all the tools we need or should. Pay scales are all over the place. We don't fight to keep value employees who want to leave due to mistreatment and being under paid.
Advice to Management
Even out pay across the board. I am a senior in my department, was hired in a different position at a starting pay, when we reorganized I was not bumped up in pay so now there are others around me who are new, come to me for help constantly, much smaller work load and make $30,000+ more per year than I do. Talk about a slap in the face.
