I have been working at Xtivia full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good, sharp, talented hardworking employees. Quite a good number of projects to work on to always keep you interested. Very casual office culture.
The growth of the company has been tremendous in last couple of years but they have still maintained the quality of employees.

    Cons

Managing expectation can be tough at times. Some benefits could be improved but they are still above average.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Xtivia.

    Interview Details

Interview process was very laid back - akin to having a conversation over coffee. My first interview was in person, then two by phone. We reviewed my resume - I was asked to share what I felt were my strengths and where I felt I could grow. I was asked what I knew about the company and the business they were in.

Corporate culture was discusses upfront, benefits were shared prior to an offer, expectations set with what duties, responsibilities and what a typical day would look like. Goals were discussed along with growth potential.

Process moved quickly - 10 days for process and offer letter.
