    I have been working at Xtreme Consulting full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I have been with the company for just under five years. This is a young fast growing company with great leadership in the CEO. The internal staff is very friendly and the company hosts great events where you get a chance to meet everyone. There are many opportunities for employment and growth in your career. Salary and benefits package is great with PTO included for most employees.

    Cons

    Communication about changes within the company is poor and it seems there has been quite a bit of internal turnover in the past six months. I also wish Xtreme had a 401k match.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate better with your employees. Understand the strengths of the company and what separates Xtreme from the competition and keep building on that.

    The interview processes are different for everyone. If you interview with Microsoft FTE's they aren't as in depth as Xtreme. Xtreme asks a lot of Active Directory questions, FSMO related that are not related to the job.
