    I have been working at YRC Worldwide as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    Buidling back up the IT processes and enabling a PMP
    Introducing Agile development
    Flexible work environment

    Cons

    Not a cohesive effort to role out the Agile process
    Communication on IT direction sometimes not clear and communicated well through the ranks
    Not getting back to the basics before moving forward

    Advice to Management

    Gather more input on the changes being put in place from the experience that is being hired in.

    head hunter informed me of position submitted resume had phone interview with two different management levels for on hour each session and was asked basic industry knowledge question of which i was no t only knowlwdgeable but very dtailed in my answers
