The best in the industry when it comes to musical products and our brand is so strong; something to be proud of as an employee. Aside from the product, the management team and employees are incredibly helpful, warm and passionate about Yamaha. This is the best culture I have worked in during my long career. Outstanding benefits, onboarding, perks, development opportunities. Open communication in many forms. Do a great job at making the employees feel part of the team and company.
Flat organization. Big push for development and a lot of opportunites to grow in skill and abilities but limited in advancement opportunities due to flat org and very low turnover.
Advice to Management
Have seen a big shift in last 5 years in the amount of support and coaching, caring more about employees and how this effects our morale and productivity. Great job at leading Yamaha and helping the employees feel that they are also making a difference.
