I have been working at Yaskawa Electric America full-time

All associates are treatly nicely, and the company provides great benefits (401K match is awesome)! Nice building to come to work everyday. For the most part, there are genuine nice people; work life balance exists

Advancement is stagnant. To move up you take on more, but at some level you top out and there is no where else to go. After time, the work is your position can become routine and no longer challenging.
