    High-demand clients and short timelines. Lack of opportunities in innovation and career advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Update the Enterprise archaic javascript engine. Your Account Managers and Web Producers are your #1 users and customers for the Enterprise Product. Focus company changes around making their lives easier, and the customer will feel the same. Also, automate monitoring tickets. Noone wants to wake up at 3am and check the status of a deploying email.

    I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Yesmail (Portland, OR).


    First there was a phone screen from someone in human resources. Next an in person interview was scheduled two days later, occurring at HQ. It ran about 45 minutes and included a department tour as well as introductions to three staff members. Bit of small talk with them.
