I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at ZANOX.de.Interview Details
3 stages - telephone interview, face-to-face interview, final stage interview with presentation.
Performed by HR, filtering out unsuitable candidates. Know the company, understand their products and what they do, common terminologies, competitors and so on. Standard questions include stengths/weaknesses, what will you bring to the company, what do we do, etc.
With existing TSE & a global account manager. More detailed questiong about the company and history, products and competitors, terminologies, what you think the role involves. Also a check to see how well you would fit in the company, so just be yourself. Do your homework!!!
Final stage & presentation
Presentation topic given to you, do your research, make it slick and practice, practice, practice. With the two interviewers from the previous face-to-face.
More questions about the company and the role, though more technical. Assessing your knowledge of the theory, practices and technology behind affiliate marketing and what Zanox themselves use. Short practical assessment at the end.Interview Questions
