    Flexible Timings Salary on time other perks

    Clueless management Business model changes often No followups Lacks Process Management Dirty Politics Ground Staff is not supported but expects wonders from them No transparency Defines a policy on a fine day and breaches it the next day...and doesn't care for it.

    Advice to Management

    Go into field know the basics of education industry then start designing the product
