    Der Geschäftsführer sollte seiner Geschäftsführung zuhören. Die Mentalität des Einstellens und Entlassens ist nicht gut für langfristiges Wachstum. Kunden merken was in einer Firma vor sich geht wenn jedes Jahr die Mitarbeiter wechseln.

    The CEO should listen to his executive Management. Hire and fire mentality is not good for long term growth. Customer realice what is going on in a company if people change the job every year.
