    Pros

    Good salary although high variable salary
    Partly nice technology and products
    Good Quality VP
    Cannot add more positive items here

    Cons

    CEO has no idea of Sales and Technology
    No strategy behind the activities
    Very bad company atmosphere
    No Team work - everybody works against each other
    Executive Management is doeing what CEO expects them to do - no creative feedback uccepted by CEO
    One man show - CEO
    Not customer oriented
    Not a good reputation in the market at all

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The CEO should listen to his executive Management. Hire and fire mentality is not good for long term growth. Customer realice what is going on in a company if people change the job every year.
