I have been working at Zara part-time (less than an year)

Great commission and great people to work for and with. The experience is life changing.

During sale events it might get very tiring and - as a cashier - it might be require you to keep on checking people out nonstop for around an hour or two

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on doing what you're doing but please be a little more demanding when corporate doesn't seem to be acting fair to your employees.

The interview was in the middle of the sales floor! I thought it was very unprofessional, they didn't even introduce themselves. The interview at the job fair was group interview. Then they call you back for another interview and it's another group interview.
