Group Health, Dental, and Vision
Zeiders pays the majority of employee medical premiums and offers a 100% paid preventative care benefit. Employees may elect to add their family to their health, dental and vision plans.

Retirement Savings Plans
We offer a 401(k) with a discretionary match. The plan includes multiple investment choices and employees can participate as soon as they are employed.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Zeiders provides options that offer income replacement in the event of a disability that prevents an employee from working for a period of time.

Paid Time Off 
Zeiders offers employees generous leave accruals to take time away from work. Zeiders employees receive paid time off for 10 federal holidays.

Supplemental Life and Accidental Death &Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Zeiders offers its employees the option of adding supplemental life and AD&D insurance. The employee may choose to expand the plan to cover their spouse and dependent children.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a voluntary, confidential program to assist employees and their families with stressful issues at home and at work. The program is offered to employees at no cost and is available around the clock.

Zeiders respects and supports our country’s military and veterans and supports the mobile military spouse community.Over 70% of our workforce has a military affiliation, and nearly 40% are military spouses. We offer positions for qualified individuals across the country and across the globe, as well as some telecommuting positions. Many employees are able to retain their employment with Zeiders through multiple military moves and duty station changes.     Pros

    The opportunity to serve our military communities, it is nice to give back to those that have given up so much for our country. The company is focused on hiring veterans.

    The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Zeiders Enterprises.

    Interview

    It was an organized process, I was emailed by a recruiter for a phone screening. The phone screening lasted about 20 minutes, the recruiter was friendly and professional. I was contacted a couple of days later to set up an interview with the hiring manager and other managers in the department. That interview lasted an hour, an offer was made the next day.
