I worked at Zenith Insurance full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Working at Zenith you have the opportunity take pride in the work you do. Great support from CEO Jack Miller and most of the Executive officers. Market leaders in California and Florida.

    Cons

The lack of turnover and relatively small size makes it difficult to advance. A very few bad leaders have been there a long time and are not held to an appropriate standard of professional behavior.

    Interview Details

Very cumbersome so to say. Rounds after rounds never ending. I would suggest candidates to be more practical in their approach and do not take things for granted. It's a very lengthy process but after I went in what I saw was an empty football field. So now my question is why were those questions -- for what ?
