I worked at ZeroChaos part-time (less than an year)

I very much enjoyed working for ZeroChaos. Flexible schedule, good pay, no pressure.

The application process is very involved - 3 references, notorized ID form, lots of documents to be sure you are legally authorized to work in the US. I worked for about 4 months and my assignment just ended. Just like the others, not much notice. Just an email saying the assignment is over NOW and to complete and submit my time sheet. I was disappointed that it didn't last for the one year maximum. I don't know if there was a problem with the quality or quantity of my work or if it's just that my assignment was done. I did notice that the last week or so the items were either repeated or very similar. I averaged about 20 items per hour but I don't know if that is good or bad and I was always very timely in responding to items in Deliberation. No feedback on performance. No guidelines on what is expected of workers other than the 10 hr minimum. No forum for workers to discuss issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to give feedback to workers OFTEN. Workers need to know what is expected besides 10 hours minimum. Even a chart or something updated each week to show the average processing time, average items processed per hour, accuracy, etc. It would also be helpful if there was a discussion board although I can understand that this risks the objectivity of the Rating Guidelines. Discussions between workers are limited to comments when responding to items in Deliberation. Just my thoughts but still a very positive experience.
