    I worked at Ziegler

    - Great environment and culture
    - Flexible Hours
    - Hands-on experience
    - Everyone including CEO is available for contact

    - Low pay
    - No set intern program. It varies from office to office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Look into talking with interns about what they want to pursue after college. Maybe offer them full time. I haven't heard of anyone getting a full-time offer after interning here.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Ziegler in April 2011.

    Interview Details

The interview consists of three rounds. First, the elimination of your resume/ application. Second, a phone interview with a HR professional. Then a 1:1 interview with your direct manager. The corporate office was very nice--well furnished and professional. Questions asked were basic behavioral questions, as well as previous experience questions. It took about 2 weeks to get back to me.
