Unlimited commission! The sales teams are like family, everyone gets along great and are always there to help each other. They have training every Monday to keep up with all of the improvements being made to keep up with the competition along with other great info to build our sales and customer service skills. I have been there for over 4 years and have seen a lot of changes and cut backs, it's always sad to see people leave but I believe we are a force to be reconned with and we will end up on top!
The commission changes were hard to get through but in the end just as promised it is equalling out and will end up better in the end. I do wish we could get a little more notice when it comes to changes effecting our pay so that we could be prepared for such things.
Advice to Management
I don't think it is nessesary to have a whole hour every Monday for training if there are no changes. It seems like it is more of an requirement of our managers and they have to find something to train on every Monday. Also if we are having other training during the week, this should replace the Monday morning meeting which cuts into our commission.

I applied online – interviewed at Ziplocal (Puyallup, WA) in February 2015.
Great people! Very introspective questions. You could tell they were looking for the right person not just a person to try out. Extremely professional! I felt very comfortable, and I was challenged at the same time. I think that says a lot about the work environment.
