I have been working at Zoho full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I could go on for days about the pros of working for this company. It gives an opportunity to use what you feel your best attributes are within the company to "spread to Zoho gospel". The CEO isn't looking to make a quick buck, but more focused on building a strong company infrastructure and make sure that only the highest quality of products have Zoho Corporation attached to it. Long gone are the days to where sales peoples voices are heard. If the idea makes sense then it is easily adopted. Benefits are good and atmosphere makes it fun to come to work. We have the option to work from home, but hey, I'm the first one in the office and never mind staying late. Work life balance isn't just a thought here. It's a reality. The future for this company is bright!!!

    Cons

The culture of the company is unique. It's an extremely laid back atmosphere which is great unless you are of the mindset that you can't handle that much freedom.
