I worked at Zoran full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people that I really enjoyed working with. Everyone was kind and considerate to one another.

    Cons

Limited software vision. As a hardware company, more emphasis should be placed upon the software and the tool used. This makes a huge impact upon on the experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more software visionaries.

Interview was just with the hiring manager and consisted of a lot of questions regarding my background, Perl scripts, make files, C code. He asked a few technical questions, which were more like puzzles than technical questions.
