    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Zum (Seattle, WA) in March 2010.

    Interview

Easy and informal after communicating via email. Had two in person interviews. Be yourself and be honest! Needs to be the right fit for both parties. Best to know slot about ZUM philosophy...read website and Facebook page to learn about the people!
