    Offers a very diverse set of projects and tasks.
    Offers both long and short term projects and tasks.
    Offers exposure to many different technical challenges.
    Upper management can be fun to work with sometimes.


    Scarce senior inhouse full-time talent.
    Low career ceiling.
    Human Resources is outsourced and it really feels disconnected.
    Excessive resource shuffling occurs on most projects.
    Employee reviews/acknowledgements/retention are often afterthoughts.
    Excessive micromanagement occurs too frequently.

    Advice to Management

    Excessive resource shuffling should be reined in or eliminated alltogether.
    Provide equity / stakeholdership for top talent.
    Overhaul and streamline project management.
