Great company with incredibly intuitive senior management. aap3 is growing pretty quickly and most of it is due to the initiatives that upper level management are taking. A lot of room to grow if you are willing to work hard.
None so far and I'm sure it will stay that way
Advice to Management
Great culture and care for your employees, continue to have an open mind on how/where to grow the business. Try to make smaller business decisions more quickly/efficiently.

I applied online. The process took a week – interviewed at aap3.
I received a phone call from the recruiter that asked me basic preliminary questions. She informed me that I would be one of the top picks and said the hiring manger would be calling me in a few days. The hiring manager called and we had a phone interview that lasted around 15 minutes. She thought that I would be a great fit and told me so on the call. In a few days, I received a phone call with an offer of the position.
