    The pay is decent, you get a raise once a year but only based on how you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some of the manages could you a bit more training in managing people. Some of them can act like we are there and have no idea what we are doing.

    I applied online – interviewed at adidas Group.

    Interview Details

    I first submitted the online application (cover letter, resume, answering five questions), then did a video interview (4 interview questions - but not with a real person), then finished with a Skype interview with the person who became my boss. I submitted the first application in early January and was offered the position in Mid-February.
