    Pros

    The owner is very closer to employees, more than a job b2Lateral looks like a family. The environment to work is very good and the relationship between co-workers is wonderful. At technical works, the opinion of all participants are relevant and analysed. This company really believe on employee as master piece of business and has a program of continuos trainning that is very useful on IT area.

    Cons

    Sometimes the communication doesn't work well. Important issues reported by employees to managers looks like irrelevants and this may cause a delayed perception of client problems. Feedbacks from managers to employees should be made on a lower interval. Feedbacks are provided between 6 months being 3 months better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Decrease feedback interval, implement employee feedback to management.
