At bebe we celebrate women every day. Our brand and marketing speaks to women, their independence, power, and confidence. bebe has strong female representation within the ranks of our executive team as well as in the varying levels of the organization, including finance, planning, merchandising, marketing, design, and of course our stores. As a company with a strong track record in recruiting and retaining women, we are proud of our policies and benefits programs which have been designed to address the needs of our largely female workforce.

Today, our non-employee Board directors are virtually split with 2 women and 2 men as well as our VP and C-suite with 9 women and 9 men; and in terms of pipeline, we have 24 women and 23 men in the Director and Sr Director ranks; and our stores are over 90% female.

We are actively engaged in the fight against breast cancer through our support of Susan G. Komen For The Cure.
