bswift CEO, Rich Gallun, and bswift co-founder, Michael Sachs, made the "Techweek100" list, which identifies leaders making a significant impact on the technology and innovation ecosystem in the Chicago area.

    Techweek100 announced for 2015, and there's a notable change

Techweek Chicago announced its "Techweek100" for 2015 on Tuesday, naming a list that includes a significant increase in women. The technology conference, newly led by CEO Katy Lynch, selected 164 innovators from 100 Chicago-area companies, including 55 women. That's just over one-third, up from 13 percent in 2014, when 18 women were named to a list of 142.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ weeksinterviewed at bswift.

The process was very involved but my recruiter Jessica Lander was absolutely terrific. She stayed in contact with me after each interview and made herself available for any questions I had by phone or email. After my last interview she called me before her long weekend to keep me in the loop and not make me wait all weekend in suspense. She called me the first business day after the weekend to offer the job and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Everyone else I interviewed with were very passionate about their jobs and the company. It's a family based on higher expectations, greater accountability and more fun, their core values are truly on display at all times.
