    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at e-Rewards in October 2009.

    Interview

Had a call with the recruiter to start off the process after applying on university career center. Came in to talk with the manager. Called me back up and had me drive back out to meet with some of the team members and the VP of the department. Was extended an offer which included a background check and drug test.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

It was non-existant. They had an offer letter and there was no back and forth.
