It was great at first, but in 2007, things started an unstoppable downhill run.

    I worked at eAutoclaims

    Pros

At first, eAutoclaims was a great company to work for. Eric Siedel was a great CEO, and recognized his employees for what they were worth.

    Cons

After Eric left the company, Jeff Dickson took over, and everything went downhill. He didn't even say "Hi" if he walked past you in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's probably too late at this point....you lost all the best clients, and had no team to keep them. The bad name you've earned cannot be replaced with the original vision of the company.
