eClinicalWorks – Why Work For Us?

eClinicalWorks is one of the few businesses of its size with little corporate hierarchy. This gives eClinicalWorks a nimble, entrepreneurial edge that it has maintained during growth. It is all about teamwork – both internally and with customers.

eClinicalWorks is a highly decorated technology and company, winning numerous awards over the  years, including being recognized by IDC and named to Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies. Its customers are also being recognized for the success they have had using eClinicalWorks, with ten customers receiving HIMSS Davies Awards during the past five years, which honor excellence in implementing EHRs.

Our vision is some day millions of physicians and millions of patients will use technology to make health care faster, smarter, and more convenient.

Health and wellness also play an important role at eClinicalWorks, prompting the creation of an eCWellness Team, which consists of employees across the company. This initiative brings physical health and charitable activities to the company, including building a house for Habitat for Humanity, holding a Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser to raise money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® foundation, hosting an American Red Cross blood drive, and many more activities. eClinicalWorks is motivated to be its best and share that with its extended community.

I have been working at eClinicalWorks full-time (more than 5 years)

I am a loyalist, have worked here for more than 5 years. I have seen so many instances where personal goals of employees are aligned with the company's goals. Great Bosses on the top, CEO of the company would have a heart to heart discussion with the smallest of the employee. If you are good, all the opportunity to grow are given to you. Many people who join this company never leave.

Sometimes shift timings can be challenging

Newer employees have a lot of ideas too, we should take time to listen to them.
