    Pros

    A fantastic market leading platform with an incredible growth rate. I've been working here for long now, and I seriously love coming into work more and more everyday. I am confident in the direction that the company is going, I love the leadership, the ability to make an impact, and the impact that our product is making in the world! It feels like we are making a huge difference in the lives of jobseekers - and that is awesome. Best ever seen company in Sitecore, good opportunity for Sitecore.

    Cons

    Because of critical project delivery every year I missed some parts of Sitecore trainings in office. It should be planned. Also very less time for activity area, lot of crowd founded in badminton court and TT table.

    Advice to Management

    All and all, I feel super confident with the direction the company is headed and the talent and employees that we bring on board to help get us there! Love it!

    The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at eDynamic (New York, NY) in August 2008.

    Interview

    It started with a call from HR followed by 2 technical discussions, 1 case study and the final interview with the senior leaders. The interview process was detailed. Questions were around technology, project management and behavioral aspects.

    The interviewers were seasoned professionals and were forthcoming when I put them questions.

    Interview Questions

    • To present a case study based on a fictitious business scenario and cover the following poiints

      A list of proposed limited scope in order to achieve business objectives
      A high level project plan for implementation, including proposed timeline, phases, critical activities per phase, required client involvement, etc
      A logical systems architecture diagram of the proposed solution to the business problem presented
