    I have been working at eDynamic full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good pay, good opportunities, and great benefits. Promotions are available for those who are willing to work hard and Smart .
    Stable company.
    Lots of intellectual capital .
    Good atmosphere created by colleagues .
    Employees have work from home option, which maintains "WORK LIFE BALANCE"
    Transportation is very efficient.

    Cons

    They should focus outside of North American and European market also, may be APAC.

    The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at eDynamic in August 2008.

    Interview Details

    It started with a call from HR followed by 2 technical discussions, 1 case study and the final interview with the senior leaders. The interview process was detailed. Questions were around technology, project management and behavioral aspects.

    The interviewers were seasoned professionals and were forthcoming when I put them questions.

    Interview Questions
    • To present a case study based on a fictitious business scenario and cover the following poiints

      A list of proposed limited scope in order to achieve business objectives
      A high level project plan for implementation, including proposed timeline, phases, critical activities per phase, required client involvement, etc
      A logical systems architecture diagram of the proposed solution to the business problem presented
