    I have been working at eDynamic full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    The best thing about working for edynamic for me is the structure of the business model. It's pretty cool to work for a company that's constantly doing something new and creative.

    It's really fast-paced and there's always plenty to do.

    The managers are very down to earth and super easy to talk to. I have worked at places that were anything but this!

    The people are absolutely amazing: smart, energized, and they all get along. There is no drama, and it's a very collaborative atmosphere.

    Cons

    Hard work and total immersion expected - slackers, dont bother applying. Things change quickly - have to be agile. It's growing fast, so change is constant. Keeps you on your toes

    It's a growing company. And where there's growth there's growing pains. Structural, monetary, etc. I feel like there's been pretty good transparency about any internal struggles, though, which is nice.

    The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at eDynamic in August 2008.

    Interview Details

    It started with a call from HR followed by 2 technical discussions, 1 case study and the final interview with the senior leaders. The interview process was detailed. Questions were around technology, project management and behavioral aspects.

    The interviewers were seasoned professionals and were forthcoming when I put them questions.

    Interview Questions
    • To present a case study based on a fictitious business scenario and cover the following poiints

      A list of proposed limited scope in order to achieve business objectives
      A high level project plan for implementation, including proposed timeline, phases, critical activities per phase, required client involvement, etc
      A logical systems architecture diagram of the proposed solution to the business problem presented
