I worked at eNom full-time (More than 5 years)
Lots of company perks, company events, and good pay. Lots of room for growth and promotion as long as you work hard and come to work. For example; front desk receptionists and front-line tech-support agents have been promoted into multiple higher positions like, NOC managers. marketing agents, sales account managers, web developers, Q&A and facilities managers.
Executive and senior management team seems to only care about the share holders. New and creative ideas are shot down by executive management. Too many of the long-time employees are being let go without good cause. Each year executive management says that they are re-organizing things. Then they let long-term employees go that could benefit the company greatly.
Advice to Management
Executive management should remember why they first got into this business in the first place. They should promote creativity and thinking outside the box.
