eWork is a place where you can have a lot of influence as long as you show initiative. Initiative and drive is appreciated, and management is very open to input and suggestions from employees.

There were quite a few internal misunderstandings and disagreements. Politics would sometimes come in the way of productivity.

    Advice to Management

Senior management should be a little more present. We often were not sure what senior management was doing, and which direction the company was going in. Although there may not have been any new information, the lack of communication would sometimes demotivate employees.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eWork in June 2010.

it was a normal interview just like any other i have been to. The person interviewing was very nice and told me a lot abut what they needed.
