great people, well educated, they really like to let people work remotely. often times we would have a rewards program. people are excited about what they are doing.
communication could be improved upon in some cases, it can be disjointed, some organizational issues. I wouldn't say these are "cons" so much as areas that could be potentially improved upon. its difficult to say anything too negative because everyone is very likeable.
Advice to Management
Make sure that everyone is on the same page, it doesn't have to cost a lot to make people feel valued, provide performance feedback, and try to be aware of what is going on between employees.
