I have been working at flydubai as an intern (Less than a year)
flydubai's multi cultural workforce makes working at flydubai the best. Meeting so many different people and being exposed to different cultural backgrounds gives me so a broader perspective about the work I do. Even as an intern, I feel like a valued member of the team. My colleagues are always ready to answer question and efforts are never overlooked. Senior management, constantly exercise the open door policy and never fail to recognize a job well done or provide encouragement.
An internship at flydubai is not paid. But I have been interning with flydubai for 5 months now, and I will say that the work experience, flydubai's investment in learning and development (even for interns) and the brilliant work environment makes it absolutely worth it.
Advice to Management
No advice really. Just keep doing what you're doing. We have the best leaders at flydubai, and the fact that we are growing so rapidly is proof of it.

I applied online. I interviewed at flydubai in May 2015.
I got an email to do a online assessment after 2 weeks i submitted my application. The assessment includes 4 parts: some questions for them to understand your personality, and also to test your logic and english level. Then i got an email for First video interview after few days. Just did the video yesterday, still waiting for result. The video interviews contains 4 questions that i listed below. The interview software will show you each question on screen, give you 60sec to prepare for your answer and you have 2 mins to record your answer.
