    Pros

Working at frog is like getting an "Ivy League degree" in the design industry, meaning who you meet is just as important, if not more than what you learn. Working at frog gives you the ability to work with extremely smart people and the top end of clients. Take advantage of frog's global studio footprint by living or working abroad for a spell.

    Cons

While everyone is smart and accomplished, you do have to work with some "brilliant jerks" as well. Often management would reward those who traveled the most, rather than those with actual talent, passions, or potential. Career development and mentorship is not nearly as strong in practice as it is in theory when you first join.

    Advice to Management

The company mission statement and glorious past is what sold most of us. A genuine refresh of that is needed to reestablish the values and tenets that made frog one of the very best cultures and companies to work at and with.

    Interview

Very thorough with all senior creative, operations, and executive leadership. Was conversational, comprehensive, and well prepared. Best interview was with the President of the company. We hit it off immediately and knew that I was going to fit in well.
