I have been working at howl at the moon full-time for less than a yearPros
-I get paid a flat rate per show - I do four shows a week for $125 a show
-Once I'm done with training, I'll also get tips, which will add hundreds of dollars a week to my income
-I came in only knowing how to sing and play piano and guitar - they taught me bass and drums.
-I'm always learning new songs and new skills for entertaining, so it's interesting and challenging work.
-I get paid to sing and play piano, bass, guitar and drums!Cons
-I work only evenings and weekends, which can be challenging for my sleep schedule and general life (dating?)
-I would like to get paid more because I practice at least 10 hours a week outside of the time I'm actually at work.Advice to ManagementAdvice
