I have been working at iCorps Technologies full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

iCorps offers Great benefits and Employee amenities: beer cart on Fridays, company outings, parties, events, sports tickets
The company offers an open learning environment that encourages growth. They want you to evolve your role, the trick is that you steer your own ship! I believe if you show your value it will be seen !
    Smart, fun working environment

    Cons

Who is in the office changes everyday. You never know who will be in or who will be working remotely at a client. This is not even necessarily a con as it can keep the office environment fresh! It does make getting to know people a challenge!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to grow and keep an open mind. The trend of change is a good thing.. continue to keep a positive work environment !

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Boston, MA
    Anonymous Employee in Boston, MA
    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at iCorps Technologies in May 2014.

    Interview Details

Applies online and received an interview request within a week. I called the recruiter at the appointed date/time, waited on the line for about 5 minutes. When receptionist came back on line, I was asked to request a new appointment date/time as the recruiter had had a last-minute issue come up. Sent said email for a second appointment, called again at the agreed-upon date/time, waited on the line again for about 5 minutes, and was again asked to reschedule by the receptionist. Of course, by this time I wasn't really interested in the job anymore.
