    Pros

The network and application development teams are of a good quality. It's about as nerdy as you'd expect.

    Cons

The salary was quite low compared to what I've had elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iiNet.

    Interview

First a phone call in which you are asked simple questions such as why have you chosen iiNet and what would you do in a customer service example. The call lasts for around 5-10 minutes. The caller was very friendly and was a pleasure to speak with.
