    Good Healthcare Benefits and safe work environment, cameras everywhere.


    No pay raises and not many chances for advancements.

    Advice to Management

    Yearly reviews with pay raises based on performance. Also, need more rest-rooms for employees and convenient parking.

    I applied online. I interviewed at j2 Global.


    Was brought in for an interview. Interviewed with my direct manager, and then his manager. 45 minutes each. Total process took 1hr30 min. About a week later I received the offer. Was asked mostly behavioral questions which were fairly easy and just talked about if I would be a good culture fit for the company. One guy was more interested in my Excel skills while the other more senior manager was interested about how 'teachable' I was.
