Can build a diverse connection and relations by working together with many small IT companies.
Incompetent managers and nowhere-going company level strategies.
Life there is very political. Kiss-ass and no-work people get easily promoted.
Poor bonus system. Virtually there is very little bonus compared to other companies in the same industry.
