    Relatively better compensation than other IT companies. Can build a diverse connection and relations by working together with many small IT companies.


    Incompetent managers and nowhere-going company level strategies. Life there is very political. Kiss-ass and no-work people get easily promoted. Poor bonus system. Virtually there is very little bonus compared to other companies in the same industry.

    Advice to Management

    Don't spend your whole day to kiss your boss.
