-GREAT work environment - made some really great friends in my coworkers; we all enjoyed spending time with each other both at work and outside of work -Very fair system of promotions, good on-the-job training -Lots of opportunities to be creative and get your ideas out there to more senior staff members, even in the assistant position or other junior positions -Regular reviews make it easy to know where you stand and what you should improve to get to the next level
Pay started on the low side, particularly for Los Angeles. But I should mention that it improved after 8 months with a promotion. But definitely had some really rough months financially when starting out as a fresh-from-college grad!
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! I miss it there -- such a great community you've built -- I still tell everyone how great my experience at mPRm was!
